Position Descriptions:

🍽️ Chef De Cuisine – All Day Dining

  • Oversee the overall operations of the all-day dining restaurant.
  • Develop innovative menus, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Lead and mentored the culinary team, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
  • Maintain food cost controls and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.

🍰 Pastry Chef

  • Manage the pastry section, creating exquisite desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
  • Design seasonal dessert menus and signature items to delight guests.
  • Supervise pastry staff, ensuring consistency in quality and taste.
  • Maintain inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.

🎂 Cake Artist

  • Design and create artistic, customized cakes for events, celebrations, and special occasions.
  • Work with fondant, buttercream, and other decorative mediums to produce intricate cake designs.
  • Collaborate with clients and event teams to meet specific design requests.
  • Ensure cakes are prepared on time with attention to detail and aesthetics.

🍛 Sous Chef – South Indian Cuisine

  • Lead the South Indian kitchen section, specializing in traditional and modern South Indian dishes.
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, kitchen management, and staff supervision.
  • Ensure authentic flavors, high food quality, and presentation standards.
  • Train junior chefs on South Indian culinary techniques and recipes.

Key Requirements for All Positions:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution (preferred).
  • Passion for food innovation, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
