The HR Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for HR operations related to agency staff, contractors, and independent consultants at Stantec India.

Key Purpose:
To deliver consistent and efficient people services in alignment with HR business partners, recruiters, and operational teams. This role focuses on onboarding, data integrity, performance management support, and process audits.

• Process onboarding for agency and contractor staff using Oracle systems
• Maintain complete personal and compliance records for audits

• Monitor goal-setting progress and performance review completion
