Available Positions

1. Design Managers

• Specializations:
  a. Architectural
  b. Civil & Infrastructure
  c. IT/ICT
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design process across various disciplines to ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce innovative and cost-effective designs.
  • Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to resolve design challenges and maintain project momentum.

2. Project Managers & Deputy Project Managers

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Planned and managed the execution of large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Oversee project milestones and coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless implementation.
  • Provide leadership to project teams, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality standards.

3. Commercial & Contracts Manager

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of contracts, including negotiation, drafting, and administration.
  • Monitor project costs, budget forecasts, and adherence to financial regulations.
  • Resolve commercial disputes and ensure compliance with legal frameworks.
  • Provide advice on risk mitigation and contractual obligations.

4. Project Controls Manager

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and key performance indicators.
  • Develop and implement control systems to monitor project progress.
  • Analyze project data and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project performance metrics.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience, particularly in large-scale projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software for design and project management.
• Core Competencies: Leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
• Additional Requirements: Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work in multicultural environments.
