Nejoud Restaurant Management is excited to invite hospitality professionals to our Recruitment Open Day on Tuesday, 4th February 2025, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Sharq, Arraya Tower, Floor 52, Kuwait.

Available Positions
1. Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor staff to maintain excellent hospitality standards.
- Handle inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize restaurant performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
2. Coffee Artists
- Prepare high-quality coffee beverages with expertise in latte art.
- Engage with customers and provide a welcoming experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
- Suggest menu items and upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Crew Supervisor
- Supervise and lead crew members in daily operations.
- Ensure excellent service and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Support management in staff scheduling and training.
- Maintain a positive work environment to boost team morale.
4. Crew Members
- Greet customers and take orders with a friendly approach.
- Assist in food preparation and maintain hygiene standards.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely service.
- Support team members and follow company policies and procedures.
