Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and experience in handling clients in the construction sector. This role requires a bilingual professional (English & Arabic) who can engage effectively with customers and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and manage a portfolio of construction industry clients.
✔ Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
✔ Promote and sell construction-related products and services.
✔ Understand market trends and competition to develop effective sales strategies.
✔ Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
✔ Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the company.
✔ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction.
✔ Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, and logistics) to ensure smooth service delivery.
✔ Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and generate reports.
Skills & Qualifications
🔹 Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the construction industry.
🔹 Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
🔹 Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
🔹 Experience in B2B sales and key account management.
🔹 Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and services is an advantage.
🔹 Ability to work in a target-driven and competitive sales environment.
🔹 Strong organizational skills with a customer-focused approach.
🔹 Valid Kuwaiti driving license is preferred.
