Job Description:
Kuwait DBS Bilingual School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Middle School Physical Education (PE) Teacher for the academic year 2025-2026. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement an engaging and inclusive physical education curriculum aligned with school and international standards.
• Conduct dynamic and interactive PE classes that encourage student participation, teamwork, and physical fitness.
• Promote a safe and respectful learning environment where students feel motivated to develop their athletic abilities.
• Teach students the principles of fitness, sportsmanship, and lifelong healthy habits.
• Implement effective behavior management techniques to maintain an orderly and positive classroom atmosphere.
• Coach extracurricular sports teams and organize school athletic events, competitions, and physical wellness initiatives.
• Assess student performance through observation, skill demonstrations, and written evaluations.
• Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate students of all abilities, including those with special needs.
• Collaborate with other educators, administrators, and parents to support students’ overall development.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in physical education and sports training methodologies.
• Maintain and ensure the proper use and safety of sports equipment and facilities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
• A valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role.
• Experience in coaching and organizing extracurricular sports activities.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Ability to work in an inclusive educational environment, supporting students of all abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of integrating technology into physical education is an advantage.
• Prior experience in an international or bilingual school setting is preferred.
