📍 Location: Salmiya, Kuwait
Aisha Alraqum Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate physiotherapist specializing in pediatrics and hydrotherapy to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in a rehabilitation setting and must be comfortable conducting hydrotherapy sessions in a pool environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to make a difference in the lives of young patients through specialized physiotherapy care.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Paediatric Physiotherapy Treatment:
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients with physical disabilities, developmental delays, or neuromuscular disorders.
- Utilize various physiotherapy techniques to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
- Work closely with parents and caregivers to guide exercises and rehabilitation strategies for home care.
✅ Hydrotherapy Treatment:
- Conduct hydrotherapy sessions tailored for pediatric patients, ensuring safe and effective water-based therapy.
- Utilize the therapeutic benefits of water to enhance physical movement, reduce pain, and improve muscle strength.
- Supervise patients in the pool, ensuring a safe and supportive environment, where parents can observe the sessions.
✅ Patient Care & Rehabilitation:
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain detailed patient records and prepared reports for medical teams and families.
- Collaborate with doctors, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to provide a multidisciplinary approach to rehabilitation.
Job Requirements:
✔ Experience: 3-4 years in pediatric physiotherapy and hydrotherapy.
✔ Certification: Must hold a valid physiotherapy license in Kuwait.
✔ Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic (essential).
✔ Residency: Must be currently residing in Kuwait.
✔ Work Schedule: 1 PM – 9 PM.
✔ Salary Package: 500 KD + performance-based bonuses.
✔ Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of pediatric physiotherapy techniques.
- Experience in hydrotherapy and comfort working in a pool environment.
- Ability to build trust with children and families while ensuring a positive treatment experience.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
