1. Chinese Restaurant Supervisor
Location: Gate Mall, Kuwait
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations efficiently.
- Ensure excellent customer service and dining experience for guests.
- Train and mentor restaurant staff to maintain high standards.
- Oversee inventory, supplies, and restaurant cleanliness.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, preferably in a Chinese restaurant.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Chinese or Arabic is a plus.
2. Italian Restaurant Supervisor
Location: Khairan Mall Outlet, Kuwait
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Italian restaurant.
- Manage staff performance and ensure excellent guest service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth order execution.
- Maintain inventory, ordering, and stock management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, preferably in an Italian restaurant.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of Italian cuisine and dining service standards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and guest-handling experience.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian or Arabic is an advantage.
