Snack Gourmet Company is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our team on a part-time basis. If you have experience in call center operations, enjoy communicating with customers, and are bilingual in Arabic and English, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Overview
The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues efficiently. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and provide top-notch customer service to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Answer Inbound & Outbound Calls – Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with order placements.
✔ Resolve Customer Issues – Address concerns, troubleshoot problems, and offer appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
✔ Process Orders & Requests – Accurately input customer orders, update records, and ensure timely deliveries.
✔ Maintain Call Logs – Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries and complaints.
✔ Follow Up with Customers – Ensure follow-ups on pending issues and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
✔ Meet Performance Targets – Work efficiently to achieve daily and weekly targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
✔ Collaborate with Other Departments – Coordinate with sales, logistics, and support teams to improve customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
🔹 Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred).
🔹 Bilingual proficiency – Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
🔹 Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
🔹 Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
🔹 Strong customer service mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
🔹 Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls effectively.
