General Job Responsibilities:
1. Production Manager & Production Supervisor
- Oversee daily factory operations and ensure production efficiency.
- Develop and implement quality control standards.
- Lead and train production staff.
- Optimize production processes to minimize waste and costs.
2. Operation Manager
- Manage factory operations, including workflow and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with safety and food regulations.
- Coordinate between departments to improve operational efficiency.
3. Quality Manager & Quality Officer
- Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures.
- Conduct inspections and ensure products meet industry standards.
- Train staff on hygiene and safety protocols.
4. Maintenance Manager
- Ensure the smooth functioning of production equipment.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate repairs.
5. HR Officer
- Handle recruitment, employee relations, and compliance matters.
- Maintain HR records and oversee payroll processes.
- Develop policies for workplace improvement.
6. Accountant
- Manage financial transactions, budgeting, and reporting.
- Prepare tax filings and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
7. Purchasing Manager (Fluent English Required)
- Source suppliers and negotiate contracts.
- Manage procurement of raw materials and factory supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and reduce costs.
8. Secretary (Fluent English Required)
- Provide administrative support to senior management.
- Schedule meetings, handle correspondence, and maintain records.
- Ensure effective communication between departments.
Job Requirements:
✅ Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in Kuwait in a relevant field.
✅ Language Skills: Fluent English is required for the Purchasing Manager & Secretary.
✅ Education: Relevant degree or certification preferred.
✅ Technical Skills: Industry-specific knowledge and software proficiency.
✅ Visa Status: Must have a valid transferable visa (Hiring from inside Kuwait only).
