About the Job:
3C Medical Company is looking for a skilled and self-motivated Sales and Service Biomedical Engineer to join our professional team. This role involves the sales, service, and maintenance of state-of-the-art medical equipment and devices, with a focus on improving healthcare outcomes and patient care. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the advancement of medical technology by providing exceptional service and ensuring the functionality of equipment used in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve annual sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
• Install, calibrate, and test new medical equipment in healthcare facilities.
• Perform regular maintenance of equipment, troubleshoot issues, and resolve malfunctions.
• Compile and analyze biomedical data, preparing detailed reports.
• Document service and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and potential clients.
• Provide expert advice on system requirements and equipment needs during client meetings.
• Develop and manage relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service and timely order renewals.
• Train and support the sales team on the technical aspects of our products and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role in Kuwait.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in teams.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Passion for integrating engineering with medical technology.
