- Senior Front Office Associate – Manage guest check-ins/outs, provide concierge services, and ensure a smooth arrival/departure experience.
- Service Center Attendant – Handle guest requests, and phone inquiries, and coordinate with departments for seamless service.
- Bell Attendant – Assist guests with luggage handling and provide information about hotel services.
- Transportation Driver – Safely transport guests while maintaining excellent customer service.
