Position Descriptions:
🍽️ Restaurant Manager
- Responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding guest experiences.
- Supervise and lead the restaurant team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Develop creative strategies to enhance sales and profitability.
- Monitor inventory, maintain cost controls, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Foster a positive dining environment, addressing guest feedback promptly and professionally.
📊 F&B Controller
- Oversee all aspects of Food & Beverage cost management, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and ensure accurate reporting of costs and revenues.
- Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making for the F&B department.
💆 Spa Therapist
- Deliver a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies, tailored to guest needs.
- Ensure a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere within the spa, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Assess guest requirements, recommend suitable treatments, and provide aftercare advice.
- Stay updated on industry trends, wellness techniques, and product knowledge.
