Available Positions

1. Restaurant Manager
2. Sous Chef
3. Bartender
4. Waiter/Waitress
5. Kitchen Steward

Key Responsibilities

1. Restaurant Manager:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and address guest concerns promptly.

1. Sous Chef:

• Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations.
• Supervise food preparation to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety protocols.

1. Bartender:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Create unique drink recipes to enhance the guest experience.

1. Waiter/Waitress:

• Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages.
• Ensure timely and professional service to guests.
• Handle customer queries and provide menu recommendations.

1. Kitchen Steward:

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation and support.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in the hospitality industry, specific to the position applied for.
• Skills: Exceptional customer service, teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
• Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Documentation: Candidates must have valid work authorization for Dubai, UAE.
