- Oversee daily housekeeping operations and assign tasks to team members.
- Monitor supply inventory and coordinate with other departments.
- Housekeeping Senior Supervisor
- Supervise housekeeping activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff while resolving any operational issues.
- Housekeeping Supervisor
- Manage a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional cleanliness and order.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Prior experience in managing housekeeping tasks and supervising staff is preferred.
- Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and attention to detail to perform cleaning tasks effectively.
- Candidates should be available to join immediately.
