Open Positions & Responsibilities
1. Land Surveyor
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys specific to facade systems for construction projects.
- Analyze and interpret data to ensure accuracy in project execution.
- Work closely with design and installation teams to implement facade layouts.
2. Foreman – Facade
- Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities related to facade installation.
- Manage teams to ensure project timelines and safety standards are met.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications and quality benchmarks.
3. Technical Coordinator
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical aspects of facade design, engineering, and installation.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors for technical alignment.
- Maintain records of design adjustments and provide technical support.
4. Supervisor
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day installation, maintenance, and quality control of facade systems.
- Ensure worksite safety and compliance with construction codes.
- Provide progress updates and resolve on-site issues effectively.
5. Material Coordinator
- Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement, storage, and distribution of materials for facade projects.
- Track material inventory and ensure timely delivery to job sites.
- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain cost efficiency.
6. HSSE Officer
- Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct safety inspections and implement corrective measures.
- Provide training and promote safety culture across construction sites.
Job Requirements
