Job Descriptions:

1. Party Coordinator / Host

As a Party Host, you will be the life of the celebration, ensuring that children and parents have an unforgettable experience. You will be responsible for managing and executing party events while engaging children in fun and interactive activities.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and host children’s parties and special events.
• Interact with clients to plan and customize party experiences.
• Execute event logistics, decorations, and entertainment activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests.
• Promote Orange Wheels’ services to potential customers.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in event planning, hosting, or entertainment.
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
• Prior experience in the leisure or hospitality industry is a plus.

2. Commis Chef

The Commis Chef will play a key role in ensuring high-quality food preparation and maintaining hygiene standards in the café.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure hygiene and food safety regulations are followed.
• Assist in inventory management and kitchen organization.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Certified training in Food & Beverage (F&B).
• Knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and health & safety.
• Good communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Prior experience in a café or restaurant is preferred.

3. Receptionist

As the first point of contact for customers, the Receptionist will ensure a welcoming experience while managing administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle bookings, inquiries, and customer concerns.
• Process payments and manage sales transactions.
• Maintain the reception area and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in handling cash and processing transactions.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

4. Barista

We are looking for an experienced Barista to prepare and serve high-quality beverages while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café area.
• Interact with customers and provide product recommendations.
• Manage inventory and stock levels for ingredients and supplies.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Barista in an F&B environment.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for coffee and beverage preparation.
