We are currently hiring for multiple positions in the following divisions:

Administration:

• Resubmission Officer
  The Resubmission Officer will be responsible for managing insurance claims and re-submissions for patient treatments. This role requires experience in hospital insurance operations, specifically in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in managing patient files and insurance documentation.

Nursing:

• Registered Nurse – Medical and Surgical Ward
  The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the medical and surgical wards, including administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with physicians to develop and implement care plans. Strong clinical skills, empathy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
• Registered Nurse – PICU
  The Registered Nurse for the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) will work closely with pediatricians to provide high-quality care for critically ill children. You must have experience in critical care nursing and be able to provide emotional and physical support to both patients and their families.
• Registered Nurse – OBGYN Ward
  The Registered Nurse will provide patient care in the Obstetrics and Gynecology ward, including assisting in labor and delivery, monitoring patients, and supporting women through various medical procedures. A compassionate approach and experience in women’s health care are key for success in this role.

Emiratization Program:

• Registered Nurses
  We are looking for Emirati registered nurses who will provide exceptional care across different departments. This program aims to build local talent in the healthcare sector, and we encourage qualified UAE nationals to apply.
• Physiotherapist
  The Physiotherapist will be responsible for helping patients recover from surgery, injury, or illness by developing customized treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in physical rehabilitation techniques and a passion for helping patients regain their mobility and strength.
• Call Center Agents
  The Call Center Agents will assist in answering patient queries, scheduling appointments, and directing calls to appropriate departments. A professional and friendly attitude, along with strong communication skills, is essential for this role.
• Patient Relation Officer
  The Patient Relation Officer will ensure that patients receive the highest level of service and care during their time at the hospital. This includes handling patient concerns, ensuring smooth patient admission, and improving overall patient satisfaction. Strong interpersonal skills are a must
