To support our growing operations, we are hiring skilled professionals to join our Rolling Mills Division in Al-Shuaiba.

Open Positions & Responsibilities

1. Condition Monitoring In-Charge

📌 Job Summary:
Responsible for conducting online and offline vibration analysis as part of the preventive maintenance program. Ensures proper functioning of machinery and provides recommendations for faults found.

📌 Primary Responsibilities:

Analyze condition monitoring data and equipment history.
Perform vibration analysis and troubleshoot mechanical faults.
Use software tools to assess equipment health.
Generate reports on machine conditions and trends.
Assist in maintenance activities during equipment breakdowns.
Maintain specialized test equipment and ensure certification compliance.
Promote a safe working environment and comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

📌 Job Qualifications:

Education: Engineering Technology degree.
Experience: 3-5 years in condition monitoring, machine fitting, and installation.

2. Electrical In-Charge

📌 Job Summary:
Oversees the maintenance of electrical, electronic, and automation equipment, ensuring operational reliability and safety in the rolling mill.

📌 Primary Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001.
Supervise electrical maintenance activities and troubleshoot equipment.
Implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
Coordinate with planning teams to optimize operations.
Monitor downtime trends and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.
Evaluate and train electrical technicians.
Ensure necessary tools and equipment are available for efficient maintenance.

📌 Job Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Experience: 10+ years in Siemens PLC troubleshooting, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
Skills: Expertise in Siemens PLC S7 400, DC motors & drives, AC motors, and VVVF drives.

3. Electronic Specialist

📌 Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading electronic systems critical to steel manufacturing.
