Job Descriptions:

1. Restaurant General Manager

  • Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and profitability.
  • Lead and train the restaurant team to deliver excellent hospitality.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer experience and increase revenue.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality is a plus.

2. Assistant Restaurant Manager

  • Support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations.
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure customer service excellence.

Requirements:
