Job Descriptions:
1. Restaurant General Manager
- Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, cost control, and profitability.
- Lead and train the restaurant team to deliver excellent hospitality.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Develop strategies to improve customer experience and increase revenue.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality is a plus.
2. Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure customer service excellence.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining budgets.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in restaurant operations.
