Key Responsibilities:

Head Chef:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.
  • Develop and execute new recipes while maintaining traditional Turkish flavors.
  • Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team to achieve high culinary standards.

Sous Chef:

  • Assist the Head Chef in daily operations and oversee the kitchen in their absence.
  • Ensure smooth workflow and manage inventory levels.
  • Support team training and maintain hygiene standards.

Chef de Partie:

  • Manage a specific section of the kitchen and ensure timely preparation of dishes.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet daily kitchen demands.

Doner/Grill/Oven Chef:

  • Prepare authentic Turkish doner, grilled items, and oven-baked delicacies.
  • Maintain the quality and presentation of specialty dishes.

Commis Chef:

  • Assist chefs in food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Steward:

  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Support the kitchen staff by ensuring equipment and utensils are clean and available.

Shisha Man:

  • Prepare and serve shisha (hookah) while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.
  • Interact with customers to enhance their dining experience.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in the applied position.
  • A passion for Turkish cuisine and culinary excellence.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
