   • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
2. Quality (QA/QC):
   • Conduct quality checks and ensure materials meet the project’s standards.
   • Monitor and evaluate on-site construction activities to maintain quality compliance.
   • Develop and implement quality assurance plans and strategies.
3. EHS – Safety:
   • Implement safety protocols and conduct safety training for site personnel.
   • Monitor the work environment to ensure compliance with EHS regulations.
   • Investigate and report safety incidents, providing recommendations for improvement.
4. Material Management:
   • Manage procurement, storage, and distribution of materials to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
   • Maintain inventory records and minimize material wastage.
   • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery.
5. Billing/Commercial:
   • Prepare and validate bills for contractors and vendors.
   • Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control.
   • Analyze financial data and resolve commercial disputes efficiently.
