Position: Sales Officer (Banking Products)

Role Overview:
As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and fostering strong relationships with both existing and new customers. You will play a critical role in driving the growth of Aafaq’s banking products through excellent customer service and effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source potential business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Meet sales targets assigned by the Manager for Aafaq’s banking and financial products.
• Prepare and conduct calls or visits with potential customers under the guidance of the Manager.
• Direct sales efforts toward a specific list of targeted prospects.
• Review and verify all customer applications before submission to the Credit Department.
• Follow up on leads generated through Aafaq’s branches, outlets, and call centers via direct customer interactions.
• Continuously follow up with existing customers to explore new opportunities.
• Submit regular updates on leads and sales progress to the Sales Coordinator.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in selling banking or financial products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the financial or banking sector.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of banking products and services.
• Only candidates with banking sales experience will be considered for the interview.

Salary:

• The salary package will be based on the candidate’s sales experience and performance in the banking industry.
