11. Consultant General Surgeon (HOD Position) – DOH

Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality medical services tailored to the needs of patients in compliance with UAE medical standards.
• Diagnose and treat patients with advanced care, leveraging your expertise in the relevant specialty.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care.
• Mentor junior medical staff and contribute to departmental growth and quality improvements.
• Stay updated on advancements in medical practices, technologies, and patient care protocols.
• Comply with DOH/DHA/MOH regulations and maintain professional ethics in all aspects of patient care.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: MBBS with a specialization in the relevant field. Advanced certifications and fellowships are highly desirable.
• License: Valid DOH/DHA/MOH license as applicable for each position.
• Experience: Proven track record of excellence in clinical practice within the respective specialty.
• Skills: Strong diagnostic and procedural skills, excellent patient communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Additional Certifications: BLS, ACLS, or PALS certification (where applicable).
• Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.
