Open Positions
- Project Manager
- Experience: 15 to 20 years
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee all project operations, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Manage project teams, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Prepare project reports and presentations for management.
- Resolve project challenges and ensure quality standards are met.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Construction Manager (Civil)
- Experience: 10 to 12 years
- Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for smooth operations.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Strong expertise in civil construction and site management.
- QA/QC Manager
- Experience: 10 to 12 years
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with project teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or related Engineering field.
- Expertise in quality assurance and control in construction projects.
- Site Engineer
- Experience: 7 years
- Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure project timelines are met.
- Interpret project plans and specifications and ensure adherence during execution.
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve on-site challenges.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge and site management skills.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in construction projects, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Saudi construction regulations and standards is an advantage.
