Job Responsibilities
As a Visual Merchandiser at Home Centre, your primary duties will include:
- Designing and implementing appealing store layouts to enhance the shopping experience.
- Creating displays that reflect the brand’s image and seasonal promotions.
- Monitoring and maintaining visual merchandising standards across the store.
- Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistency in messaging and design.
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends and improve product placements.
- Training store staff on the principles of visual merchandising.
- Staying updated with the latest trends in retail and visual merchandising to ensure innovative designs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Visa Requirement: Must hold a transferable Visa 18 in Kuwait.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Visual Merchandiser in a retail environment is mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong creativity and design skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using visual merchandising tools and software.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
