About the Job:
3C Medical Company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regulatory Affairs Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations in Kuwait. You will collaborate with various teams to prepare and submit regulatory documents, maintain product registration, and monitor regulatory changes, ensuring that all operations comply with local and international medical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to local and international regulatory standards in the medical field.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on regulatory documents with the relevant authorities, ensuring timely approvals.
• Keep updated on the latest regulations and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
• Work closely with internal teams and external regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth regulatory approval processes.
• Manage pharmacovigilance and medical vigilance activities to ensure product safety.
• Coordinate and manage audits and inspections related to regulatory compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications, both internally and externally.
• Ensure that all documents, applications, and procedures comply with relevant laws and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in Kuwait.
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and requirements in the Kuwait market.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and confidential documents simultaneously.
• Must possess a valid Kuwait driving license.
