Kuwait Smart Pet is a growing company seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team. We are hiring for the following positions: Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO and Admin Assistant.
These roles are integral to our operations, ensuring seamless administrative support and efficient management of tasks. If you have solid experience in administrative roles, strong communication skills, and the ability to excel under pressure, we encourage you to apply.
Position: EA to the CEO
As an Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO, you will work closely with the CEO to provide top-level administrative support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, schedules, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for the CEO.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in strategic planning and execution of tasks as directed by the CEO.
Position: Admin Assistant
As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across departments, ensuring smooth office operations, and managing tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, records, and filing systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assist with scheduling and meeting coordination.
- Support the HR and operations team with administrative tasks.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation.
General Requirements for Both Roles:
- Solid administrative experience (minimum 2–3 years).
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Preferably bilingual (Arabic and English).
- Transferable Ahli visa or Small Project visa accepted.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
