Available Positions
Front Office Department
- Front Office Manager: Lead and oversee the front office team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Guest Service Agent (Reception/Club Lounge): Provide professional and personalized service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met.
- Bellman: Assist with guest luggage, transportation, and general inquiries while maintaining a warm, welcoming demeanor.
Housekeeping Department
- Housekeeping Supervisor: Supervise and coordinate housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Sales & Marketing Department
- Sales Manager: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Assistant Sales Manager: Support sales efforts, build client relationships, and assist in achieving departmental targets.
- Event Sales Manager: Plan and coordinate events, ensuring they align with client requirements and hotel standards.
Food & Beverage Department
- Director of Food & Beverage: Oversee all F&B operations, ensuring quality, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
- F&B Attendant (Specialty Restaurant & Bar/Room Service): Serve food and beverages with efficiency and professionalism.
- Hostess/Host (Specialty Restaurant & Bar): Greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Barista (ADD/Lobby Lounge): Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Bartender (Specialty Restaurant & Bar): Craft cocktails and beverages while providing outstanding guest interaction.
Culinary Department
- Junior Sous Chef (Pastry): Assist in creating innovative pastry dishes and oversee pastry kitchen operations.
- Demi Chef: Support the culinary team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes.
- Commis Chef: Assist in basic food preparation while gaining hands-on experience in a professional kitchen.
Qualifications
