1. Project Manager
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process of assigned projects, from initiation to completion. You will manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and the day-to-day operations of the project team to ensure all objectives are met. Strong leadership skills, along with expertise in managing large-scale residential projects, are essential.
2. Construction Manager
The Construction Manager will supervise the construction site, ensuring the project is executed according to specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. You will coordinate with the project management team, handle contractor relations, and ensure all construction activities are completed on time and within budget.
3. Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator will assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and communication across all departments. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a collaborative approach to ensure seamless project execution.
4. QA/QC Engineer
As a QA/QC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all materials, processes, and workmanship meet the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will conduct inspections, audits, and tests, and ensure all project documentation is up to date.
5. Site Engineer
The Site Engineer will be responsible for the technical aspects of the construction site, providing engineering support, overseeing site activities, and ensuring compliance with design specifications. You will also be required to address any issues that may arise during the construction phase.
6. Draughtsman
The Draughtsman will prepare detailed technical drawings for construction projects, including layouts, plans, and sections. You will work closely with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy and precision in the design documentation.
