Open Positions:
- Front Office Department
- Front Desk Agent (Russian Speaker): Responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Proficiency in Russian is a must.
- Telephone Operator: Handles all incoming calls, guest requests, and ensures smooth communication within the hotel.
- Kitchen Department
- Commis 1: Supports the kitchen operations, food preparation, and maintains hygiene standards.
- Housekeeping Department
- Senior Housekeeping Supervisor: Oversees housekeeping operations, supervises staff, and ensures high cleanliness standards.
- Housekeeping Supervisor: Assists in managing daily housekeeping tasks and ensures a clean, welcoming environment.
- Engineering Department
- Mason: Skilled in masonry tasks, including repairs, maintenance, and ensuring the structural integrity of hotel facilities.
- Finance Department
- Storekeeper: Manages inventory, monitors stock levels, and ensures proper storage and record-keeping.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English is required, with additional language skills as a plus for certain roles.
